The postlude is the Toccata, Op. 59, No. 5 by Max Reger (1873-1916). Originated from the Italian word toccare, which means to touch, a toccata is a virtuoso piece of music, usually loaded with fast running notes. This piece is of the late Romantic period and is meant to be quite impressive and grand, employing various reed and mixture stops on the organ. We do not possess these basic sounds and stops at the moment, but we will along with our pipe organ project.
